Responsibilities
Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse, Wisconsin Mankato, MN is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine Physician, with Critical Care training to join an established and collegial department. You may expect a busy practice in a physician-led organization, committed to both high quality patient care and patient satisfaction.
Pulmonary & Sleep Medicine: Outpatient and inpatient responsibilities. Outpatient pulmonary medicine and sleep schedule includes Monday - Friday, day hours. Inpatient pulmonary on call coverage at a newly renovated level III trauma center. The Pulmonary and Sleep Medicine practice provides consults and management for a wide variety of pulmonary and sleep related disorders. Pulmonary specific responsibilities include pulmonary test interpretations, clinic and hospital-based consults, pulmonary procedures (including bronchoscopy and pleural based interventions). Sleep specific responsibilities include polysomnogram interpretation, management of sleep behavior disorders, parasomnias, insomnia and restless legs.
Critical Care: Critical Care Medicine responsibilities include primary management of critically ill medical and surgical patients in a busy 15 bed ICU. Education opportunities are also available with rotating Family Medicine Residents.
License or Certification: Pulmonary credentials required. Strong preference for Sleep Medicine training. Flexibility in time allocation across patient care practices will be considered depending on interest and skill sets.

Compensation Detail
The minimum starting salary for medical specialties may range from $202,000 to $663,037. This range reflects full-time total base compensation prior to consideration of additional experience or duties. Pay for the selected candidate will vary based on specialty, experience, FTE, internal equity, or external market data.
