The ideal candidate will bring experience leading health technology developer and accelerator programs; establishing and scaling global ecosystem operations; working with startups and emerging technology companies, including an understanding of regulatory, validation, and commercialization pathways; and sufficient fluency in contemporary data science, AI, and technology development practices to effectively engage with solution developers and technical teams.
Key Responsibilities

- Define the capabilities, tools, data and expert-access models, solutions, services, and developer experiences that comprise the Accelerate program, including pathways from discovery and development through validation, qualification, commercialization readiness, and potential deployment and adoption.
- Develop and continuously refine the program value proposition with Marketing and Growth, ensuring alignment to developer needs, market opportunities, regional ecosystem strategy, and organizational priorities.
- Establish program packaging, positioning, business model, and pricing in partnership with Finance and Growth to ensure sustainable margins, competitive differentiation, and scalable global growth.
- Evaluate new capabilities, tools, datasets, partnerships, and program enhancements to expand developer and ecosystem value while maintaining operational efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Define program standards, governance, success measures, and operating models, including the global framework, decision rights, quality standards, and partner enablement required to support regional Accelerate programs.
- Lead the global and regional operating model for Accelerate, enabling local healthcare, data, and ecosystem partners to activate the program in-market while maintaining a consistent Mayo Clinic Platform methodology, developer journey, brand, governance, and quality standards.
Program Delivery & Operations
- Own end-to-end delivery performance of the Accelerate program, ensuring high-quality execution and a consistent developer experience across core and regional program implementations.
- Lead the operational performance of the program with accountability for quality, delivery effectiveness, developer outcomes, time-to-value, healthcare impact, and overall program health.
- Establish repeatable operational processes, governance, playbooks, and performance metrics that drive predictable execution and enable Accelerate to scale across geographies and ecosystem partners.
- Monitor program financial performance, delivery costs, utilization, revenue, portfolio economics, and margin, implementing improvements to optimize value, profitability, and efficiency.
- Partner with Delivery Managers, Technical Success Managers, Product, Enablement, Technology & Data, Growth, regional teams, and other leaders to remove delivery obstacles and continuously improve execution.
- Ensure risks, dependencies, and operational issues are proactively identified and managed, including those arising from regional market dynamics, partner operating models, data availability, regulatory environments, and cross-functional dependencies.
Executive Partner Leadership
- Serve as the executive program leader for strategic Accelerate developer, healthcare, data, and global ecosystem partners throughout program delivery and evolution.
- Build trusted executive relationships that reinforce confidence in the program's value, execution, and global ecosystem model.

- Provide executive oversight for complex developer engagements, regional program implementations, escalations, governance meetings, and strategic initiatives.
- Represent the voice of developers and ecosystem partners in driving ongoing program improvements and future capabilities.
Financial & Business Performance
- Own the operational and financial performance of the Accelerate program across core and regional implementations.
- Manage program economics, including revenue, delivery costs, resource efficiency, margins, portfolio value, and investment priorities.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators for program health, developer and partner outcomes, healthcare impact, growth, operational excellence, global scalability, and financial sustainability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase developer and ecosystem value while improving efficiency, scalability, profitability, and program impact.
Leadership
- Build and foster a high-performing, collaborative program organization focused on accountability, innovation, global scale, and continuous improvement.
- Develop leaders and teams responsible for program strategy, design, delivery, regional enablement, and operational excellence.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration that aligns MCP growth, delivery, product, technology, regional, and partner teams around shared Accelerate outcomes.
