Apply leadership development, organization development and human resources knowledge to recommend interventions that address gaps and strengthen talent readiness. Serve as a program or project leader, aligning practices, tools, timelines, and stakeholder needs across sites and functions. Engage in broader Mayo Clinic projects and initiatives that support organizational priorities and an AI-enabled, skills-based, personalized and human-centered talent practice.
