Medical Dermatologist, Mayo Clinic Department of Dermatology, Rochester MN 

The Department of Dermatology at Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, is seeking a board-certified or board-eligible dermatologist with expertise and interest in complex medical dermatology to join our growing academic practice. 

The position offers a dynamic, rewarding clinical practice that includes care of a diverse population of patients with serious and complex dermatologic disease referred to Mayo Clinic as a destination medical center, as well as a component of community-based dermatology. Medical dermatology faculty collaborate closely with dermatopathologists, pediatric dermatologists, surgical dermatologists, and specialists across Mayo Clinic to provide multidisciplinary care for patients with complex skin disease. Along with providing exceptional clinical care, our medical dermatologists educate and mentor learners and excel in research or innovation. Specifically, faculty have the opportunity to help shape the future of dermatologic care through clinical innovation, precision medicine, education, research, and emerging technologies.

The successful candidate will join a department of approximately 36 dermatologists, 24 residents, and 6 subspecialty fellows and work alongside nationally and internationally recognized experts. Faculty are supported in developing individualized careers and distinctive areas of clinical and scholarly expertise, with opportunities in clinical care, education, research, clinical trials, digital health, quality improvement, innovation, and multidisciplinary program development.

Qualifications: Candidates must have completed an ACGME-accredited dermatology residency prior to their appointment, be board-certified or board-eligible by the American Board of Dermatology and be eligible for medical licensure in Minnesota.
