Responsibilities
The Brand Senior Manager will provide strategic guidance and consultation to clients across the enterprise. Duties will include upholding and maintaining institutional brand standards related to all marketing and communications involving Mayo Clinic. The senior manager will develop, maintain and update tools and guidelines to support brand strategy and protect Mayo Clinic's brand.

• Comfortable with ambiguity and a proven track record of synthesizing multiple, perhaps conflicting inputs and converting them to cohesive action. Proven ability to build successful, collaborative, cross-functional relationships with highest levels of physician and administrative leadership and lead high-performing teams including providing career development for team members.
Lead a high-impact, digital-first paid media team that drives full-funnel outcomes—from brand lift to conversion. This roles sets the integrated media strategy, stewards a significant paid advertising investment, and delivers measurable, audience-centric results across traditional and digital channels. This role partners closely with internal Marketing teams and agency partners, translating performance insights (including Media Mix Modeling) into clear, executive-ready recommendations. You’ll mentor a high-performing team, champion agile optimization, and ensure every campaign aligns to brand strategy, creative direction, and business goals. Oversee planning, execution, and optimization across Linear TV, OTT/CTV/OLV, Audio, OOH, digital display/native, paid social, and SEM.
Hands on media mix modeling experience inform channel mix and optimize investment decisions. Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing performance marketing team with a culture of excellence and accountability.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 7+ year s of experience in marketing or a related field.
• Project management experience is required
• At least two years of experience leading and managing high-performing teams
Preferred qualifications:
Prefer an MBA, MHA, or master’s degree in Marketing.
• Collaborative communication skills – Possess ability to engage with all stakeholders, internally and externally, to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and successfully manage diverse teams through effective verbal and written communications.
• Technological and digital marketing skills – Possess contemporary knowledge of digital tools, platforms and channels and a good understanding of marketing technology.
• Critical thinking skills – Have the ability to understand dynamic and sensitive situations and problems, identify cause and effect relationships and develop effective strategies.
• Analytical skills – Possess agility with analytical tools and have the ability to process, analyze and utilize large quantities of data efficiently.
• Creativity and innovation – Think out of the box and be able to develop new concepts and devise unique marketing campaigns.
• Personal Motivation - A commitment to meeting deadlines with a high-quality product Sense of urgency, a strong work ethic, flexibility, and creativity
• Leadership – Takes responsibility for the collective work of the team, serving as a mentor and holding others accountable to their contributions.

$138,257.60- $200,512.00/ year. Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
