Responsibilities
The Product Owner serves as the Agile liaison between stakeholders and the Scrum team, ensuring clarity, alignment, and value delivery throughout the development process. This role is responsible for owning and refining the product backlog, prioritizing features based on business value, and effectively communicating the product vision and goals to development teams. Acting as a key communicator, the Product Owner translates complex business needs into actionable user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications, fostering transparency and collaboration across all stakeholders.
This position plays a critical role in aligning objectives with technical solutions to deliver high-quality digital products and operational workflows. The Product Owner collaborates with stakeholders and end users to synthesize, articulate, and document business and system requirements, converting them into clear technical specifications, user experience requirements, and system validation guidelines that guide engineering and IT teams in design, build, or integration efforts. Additionally, the role supports change management and provides input for training, marketing, and deliverable timelines.
Ideal candidates demonstrate experience leading teams in a digital healthcare setting as a Product Owner within Agile environments, possess strong technical acumen, and excel at communicating complex requirements clearly across business and engineering teams. Experience with AI-driven solutions, including integrating machine learning, predictive analytics, or generative AI into digital products, is highly desirable. This role demands a strategic thinker who can bridge business goals with technical execution while leveraging Agile practices to deliver innovative, data-driven solutions that create measurable value for patients and care teams.

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3+ years of relevant technical experience
Digital healthcare and Generative AI experience
Certification in Scrum Product Owner within one year
